Upon finishing up a property wide roof shingle replacement for a 30 unit property - only had one flat tire reported which is pretty impressive so I think that shows that a lot of care was taken to ensure that the magnetic roller was being used often. Project manager was very prompt to respond to any access issues and the property is already not setup well for parking or excess vehicles so the crew’s options for placing dumpsters and vehicles was limited to begin with. Any complaints for a noise issue were responded to very promptly as well. Crew stayed up to 12 hours per day in 100+ degree heat to ensure the site was clean before leaving. Overall great communication throughout and good results with accountability to remedy any issues.

After a huge wind and Hail storm we found major damage to our roof.Not having dealt with this I called my insurance company. The insurance company sent out an adjuster and called the roof a total loss. They went through all the details and it was all still confusing we didn’t know where to start. They also found additional damage that they repaired and reported to the insurance company for us. They protected and moved items for safety first. The work was done masterfully. They cleaned up everything expertly. Now we are Proud Owners of a beautiful, well constructed and functional roof.
